Organizing & Worker Power
Supporting coworkers, building solidarity, and organizing for better working conditions and worker rights.
What I Do
I support coworkers in understanding their rights as workers, organizing for better working conditions, and building collective power through solidarity and mutual support.
This work includes helping coworkers understand their legal protections, facilitating conversations about workplace issues, and supporting organizing efforts. I focus on education, empowerment, and building the relationships that make collective action possible.
Note: This is not legal advice. For legal questions, please consult with a qualified labor attorney or your union representative.
Resource Hub
Understanding your rights as a worker is the foundation of organizing. This includes rights to organize, discuss working conditions, and engage in protected concerted activity.
Solidarity means supporting each other, standing together, and recognizing that we are stronger when we act collectively. This includes mutual aid, information sharing, and collective action.
Organizing can be challenging and emotionally draining. It's important to take care of yourself and support your coworkers. Remember: you are not alone in this work.
